Special Breeding Combinations in Palworld 1.0
Special breeding combinations are fixed parent recipes that take priority over Palworld's ordinary breeding-power calculation. In Palworld 1.0, use the calculator to select a target and look for the separate “Special combinations” section. If a recipe shows a gender beside a parent, match that orientation exactly; swapping the genders is not assumed to be equivalent.
What makes a combination special?
An ordinary result is chosen from internal breeding values. A special combination instead declares a particular child for a particular parent pairing. That exception has to be evaluated first. Treating every pair as ordinary can create two errors: showing the wrong child for a known special recipe, or listing an ordinary pair for a child that the special rules reserve.
This site stores special recipes as explicit records. Each record contains both parent IDs, optional gender requirements, the child ID, and the game version. During generation, parent order is normalized only when doing so preserves the associated gender requirement. Exact duplicates are rejected.
How to use the special list
- Search the desired child on the direct breeding calculator.
- Check “Special combinations” before the ordinary list.
- Confirm the exact variants—base and variant forms are separate records.
- Match male and female requirements where shown.
- Confirm the dataset and review date in the result footer.
If no special section appears, either the target has no fixed recipe in the verified dataset or production data is unavailable. The absence of a section does not justify guessing a recipe from a similar name.
Why this page does not publish an unverified master table
A long static table becomes stale quickly and is easy to copy without its version context. More importantly, breeding data has a licensing boundary: software code can carry an open-source license while extracted game data may not have an independently documented reuse license. The production gate therefore requires source URLs, immutable revisions, license evidence, review dates, counts, checksums, and an independence assessment.
The current calculator uses PalCalc v1.17.6 at immutable commit 8b7e2f779e47fddae16ddcb973e828ba20c02b80. It is a complete single source, not an independently confirmed pair of sources. Its 44,851 outcomes were regenerated and matched exactly, and the user accepted the remaining single-source and extracted-data licensing risk on July 19, 2026. Gender and parent order
For an unrestricted recipe, “Parent A + Parent B” is the same biological pair as “Parent B + Parent A.” A gender-restricted recipe carries more information: “species A female + species B male” must not be collapsed into a record that loses those constraints. The interface presents the normalized names while keeping gender attached to the correct species.
Version changes and reporting issues
The site never combines records from different game versions. If the build expects Palworld 1.0 but receives another version, the calculator stops with a version warning. When reporting a suspected change, include the target, both parents, their genders when relevant, the game version shown on your title screen, and the site's dataset version. Do not include personal or account information.
